A lifelong mover who’s been there
Licensed Massage Therapist · Corrective Exercise Specialist · Certified Personal Trainer

What was missing was movement quality
I’m a lifelong “mover” who kept getting sidelined by small pains and overuse injuries. What was missing? My movement quality and muscle balance. Once I addressed those, everything changed.
As a lifelong mover with hypermobility, I struggled with winged shoulder blades, neck pain and general instability for years. I got multiple x-rays and MRIs and went through many rounds of physical therapy. When everything kept coming back “within normal range,” I felt stuck.
What finally made a difference was building awareness, stability and strength — learning to move my body through exercises I could control and understand.

Release, then build
Most of us spend our days pulled forward: certain muscles do too much while others don’t do enough. Over time, that shows up in how we sit, stand, train and recover.
I’m trained in sports massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Those tools help, but sustainable change happens when release is paired with the right connection and exercise.
- Full-body assessment of how you move
- Targeted self-release for what’s holding you back
- Strength where you need it most
- A plan in the Align app you can actually follow
Come as you are
I’ve worked with farmers and dancers, skiers and parents, boxers and seniors — with anything from lower back tension to shoulder strength and stability. I’m always studying new research and methods for my clients.

Drew C. · 15 years of shoulder pain“As someone who has struggled with shoulder pain for 15 years, the exercises Caroline taught me have helped more than three rounds of physical therapy and steroid shots. Caroline has an eye for biomechanical details and knows how to help you help yourself!”
C. G. · Massage + Functional Alignment“Caroline's experience and training is apparent in the first five minutes with her and it's obvious she partakes in continuing education. She is very attentive and thoughtful in her approach. Her massage is great at loosening and releasing consistent trigger points, and her functional alignment helps to fix the underlying problem. She is a joy to work with and the atmosphere she has created is very relaxing. I highly recommend!”
